Your not a terrible mother at all hun. Sometimes the best thing to do for you and LO is leaving them for 5-10mins, they can sense when you are getting tense and worked up which makes them feel the same way so you both need a break to calm you down then get back to it xx

None of your are terrible mothers, you are doing the right thing but taking 5 - 10 minutes to take time out. They must sense when you are frustrated and getting upset, I know Ellis did. I put him in his chair or cot so I knew he was safe and took that time to compose myself (cry) and went back much calmer. I hope she settles soon for you x

The others have said it all. My OH always says that Ruby will pick it up when I feel frustrated and upset (like when she won't nap etc) I get cross with him for saying it but he's right. So take some time out.

And you think your a BAD Mother?

Sweetheart, You are a WONDERFUL Mother but your not God with everlasting patience. You did the right thing don't ever doubt that!

Hope things a bit better today and that you got some sleep.
