Lo bedtime

What time does your lo go to bed? Katie goes down between 6/6.30 she just can't stay awake any longer than this she sleeps for 12/13 hours with a couple of feeds through the night this has only happened for the last 3 weeks, prior to this she was going down between 7/7.30 it changed when the clocks went back but I thought she would have just slipped back into her previous routine once she had adjusted but no we just can't get her past 6.30.

since about 9 weeks her bedtime has been 7:30/8pm and she gets me up for a feed anytime between 5 and 7am

if you want to push back your LO's bedtime you could try pushing it back 10 mins a day or every few days

Archie has had the same routine since he was about 1 week old. He has a bath at 6.00pm and then is fed. He is always in bed by 7.00pm. It is strange really because if I try and put him down at 6.50pm he seems to know this is early and wakes straight up!!

On a very good night he will wake for one feed and go straight back down till 7.00am. On a bad night he will feed 3 times through the night but I will always try and keep him in sleepy mode until 7.00am so he learns that is is nightime which means sleepies!!

xx
