Can you believe how much you love your baby?

I have always wanted to be mum and knew I would totally love it but I never knew I could love someone who has only been on the planet 5 months as much as I do.

I always said I would be happy leaving my baby with family / nursery etc but I now feel I couldn't ever leave him. Also I used to love watching documentaries about poorly children etc as I would find them so interesting but now I just can't watch them as I just find them too upsetting - the thought of anything happening to Archie!!

Is anyone else amazed at how much you love your children? Do you think you can love them too much?

I agree with you - it's incredible the love DH and I have for DD. It's like your heart just overflows with love.

I look at her little face and feel just choked with love - it's the most amazing feeling, isn't it?

And, no, I don't think we can love our LOs too much

Nooooo you can't love your kids too much! I love Ruby so much I sometimes cry just thinking about her. Soppy old me.

Me too!! I stand and watch Archie when he is asleep and cry as he is just so perfect to me!

I always say its unhealthy how much i love Maisie. I think it is! Its not good for me

everything about her just makes me love her so much! Every little thing she does i cry at because im so proud

stupid little things! I cant stand bein away from her even though i love my own time, i hate going anywhere without her because its like we're a little duo now and we do everything together lol.

Its amazing the love we feel for our kids <3

same here.... if i look at her and think about it i will inevitably end up in tears!! it actually scares me a bit how much i love her!
i remember my bessie mate telling me when i was pregnant 'you only THINK you love your OH, but when this baby arrives you will know what its really like to love someone' and u know what.. she was SO right!!! i do love OH dearly, but really it doesnt come close to how i love Roo.. and he says the same.. its amazingly strong!

ive become an emotional wreck too since having her.. anything about kidsc/ animals etc and im in tears! apparently that bit never goes away! (i cried at eastenders when heathers waters broke!!!)

We sit and watch her when she is sleeping and my OH cries because she is so perfect. I love him to bits but it is nothing compared to what I feel for Matilda. I am constantly amazed/amused by her.
And as for leaving her with someone else - at the moment I can't imagine not being with her after 5 months of being with her constantly.

I can't believe how much you can love them either, I'm filled with so much love for him it scares me!!! lol.
My OH just beams at him and loves him dearly also!! We say to each other how we can't get over the love you feel for them!
