Any Ideas?

Ashton's Been Really Grumpy Today And Yesterday Evening...

He's Usually Such A Brilliant Baby, Soo Content. The Only Time I Hear Him Is If He Wants Food, His Nappy Changed, Or If He's Got Wind..

Now Obviously I've Checked All These...
He's Fed, Clean Nappy And No Wind..

But When I Put Him Down He's Really Grizzly..

He Isn't A Spoilt Baby, He Has A Few Cuddles, But Not Too Many..

But He's Just Really Unsettled..

Yesterday He Had A Bottle At 5pm, 4oz Of SMA Extra Hungry...
Then He Had Another 2oz At About 6:30pm Coz He Was Grizzling,
Then He Was A Little Bit Sick..
He Stayed Awake This Whole Time..
Had Another 2oz at 10pm Then Was Sleeping By 10:30pm
Was Completley Unsettled This Whole Time!!

He Woke Up Then At 4:15am, Had 4oz, Changed His Bum And Put Him Straight Back Down..
He Woke Up At 8:15am, Had Another 4oz, Changed And He's Only Really Been To Sleep For An Hour, If That!!!
He Had About 3oz At 11am..
But Is Still Unsettled..

I Need Ideas.. Coz I Feel Like Im Dead On My Feet As It Is!!
Any Clues??

Sarah

Oh dear! It's awful when they're unsettled and you've run out of ideas as to why! I think it was around 4 weeks when we gave LO a dummy.

It's difficult to know whether to cuddle them and hold them through it OR leave them alone in the cot to cry and settle themselves eventually.

Could it be a growth spurt? Not much you can do if it is though.
Have you tried taking him for a walk in the pram or taking him somewhere in the car?

Hope he settles for you soon. x x
