Halloween Costumes? Show me yours!

So my sister in law asked if she could go trick or treating with us this year and buy Cora's costume. I said sure. So she bought Cora a bumble bee costume. I was at the store the other day and saw this little mouse costume! It's so cute and I think she could wear it as cute pajamas, even if it was meant to be a costume. It's super soft and light-weight.

I will post pics of her real costume later but I was interested in what you were going to dress your LO's up as for Halloween? Pictures are encouraged! Even if you have a pic from the store or web-page post it! I want to see what the babies are going as. =)

no i live in cyprus.not as glamorous! its dressing up like halloween only no scary stuff, they have a parade i think its called and everyone goes and watches people on carts or cars dressed up drive by.

Carnival typically involves a public celebration or parade combining some elements of a circus, masque and public street party. People often dress up or masquerade during the celebrations, which mark an overturning of daily life.

wikipedia helped me out!

In Cyprus, Carnival is celebrated for 10 consecutive days just before the beginning of Lent. Carnival had been celebrated for centuries on the island by dressing up and holding masked balls or visiting friend's houses in fancy costumes. It is believed that the tradition was established during the Venetian rule, while ancient Greek traditions might have contributed, as well. However, it is during the past a hundred years or so that an organised festival takes place annually. The festival is celebrated almost exclusively in the town of Limassol, which holds the largest annual carnival on the island.

There are three main parades taking place. The first one takes place on the first day of the Carnival, during which the "Carnival King" goes around the centre of the city on his carriage. The King can be either a real person or an artistically made effigy. The second one takes place on the first Sunday of the festival, and the participants are mainly children. The third parade is the largest one and takes place on the last day of Carnival, the Sunday before the beginning of Lent. During this parade several groups, each of them sometimes consisting of hundreds of people walk along the longest avenue of the town. It is important to mention that in either of the Sunday parades, anyone can take part.

The hat my mom got him. SO cute! I bought the bib last week and the orange pants my friend gave me. They were her son's. They have a Jack o lantern face on the butt. Lol
and the skunk a few months ago when we first bought it and it was huge on him. Now it barely fits him!
