Advise needed im worried!!!!!

My daughter is now five days old she was healthy at birth and is a very content baby during the first two days she was very grouchy and i was fine with this, but i was breast feeding but i felt she wasn't getting enough so i adde3d a bottle in the mix just so she got a full feed plus i was very sore as well, yesterday i didnt get a chance to BF as i was around OH's family and felt a bit self conscious so i stuck to the bottle ( not expressed used sma gold ) well she decided to sleep all day and would rarely wake for feeds, by the evening i was getting worried as i was so used to her crying and stirring more had a lot of trouble waking her and each time she did wake she would just close her eyes and go straight back to sleep, well i got really worried and took her to the out of hours doctors and he said she was perfectly healthy and couldn't find anything wrong with her so i relaxed a bit and come to the conclusion that she was just full and way too content but its still a worry and now i am constantly checking her to see if she is breathing im not being over anxious about it just more vigilant ( no im not suffering from baby blues or post natal depression before any one suggests this .. i know this as iv had it before and know the signs to watch for ) ...
i want to know if anyone else has gone through this ... my conclusion is she was too comfortable and with lots of cuddles and well fed up with bottle milk instead of breast milk ... i know some people would see her sleeping pattern as a blessing but i am worried she is sleeping too much the other thing that is concerning me is she hasn't poo'd today is this normal ( she has every other day ) this is my third child but my other two were nothing like her at this age ?????

Seb was VERY sleepy, but he was jaundiced - I just continuously woke him to fed. I'd keep an eye on the situation and ask your midwife/health visitor if you are still bothered by it. It is better to err on the safe side. X

eden was very sleepy aswell, so much so that we had to wake her every 2 hours in the hospital to feed her before we where allowed home and even then she would just fall asleep with her mouth hanging open!

when we come home she slept a lot! she was only waking once through the night (still is) unlike my other 2 who used to have me up every 2 hours.

about the pooing, eden was the same for her first few weeks but now she poos once a day.

i know your worried, i was too but in the end i just put it down to her being laid back and content. enjoy it while it lasts

Mailie was a very sleepy baby in the early days, enjoy it whilst it lasts hun, she now sleeps 3 times a day for no more than 15 minutes lol! In the early days I used to have to wake her every 5 hours for a feed, she rarely woke herself, some babies sleep more than others. Mailie also only pooed every other day, she once went a week without, again its normal so long as she isn't in discomfort.

ruby slept A LOT!!!!! infact, even now at almost 12 weeks, she still sleeps A LOT!
for the first few weeks, she pretty much slept all day and night unless she was feeding, now, she sleeps 9pm to 9am most nights, and has a nap after every feed during the day! its fab!!!
