2 month vaccine today and she has just slept? Normal??

my baby girl has had her 2 month vaccine today, I gave her the 2.5 of calpol at 10 am and she has slept most if the day, she has fed and when she was awake I put her in the garden and she was gurgling away for an hour or so. She is just really quite.

Is this normal? I was expecting grouchy and lots of fussing......

I'm a bit miffed and concerned?

It's fine, some babies don't react at all to jabs, some sleep all day (mine did) and some are fussy. Just keep an eye on her temperature for the next day or so, give her calpol if it goes up and she will be fine! It's good that you have a chilled out baby!

Mine was fine after 1st needles, he ate more than normal. 2nd ones he was a bit cranky

Rocco slept more than normal after his. I would say it's normal.

its very normal when Jaymee got her first set of needles she slept all day minus a few hours to eat inbetween . she just got her second set of needles Same thing slept most of the day away

Alex was the same, he was very sleepy for two days after with little temperature on the first night

My LO just had his first set of jabs today. It was hard to watch (I cried!).

He only had about 2 hours of real crying this evening, but other than that, he's been great!! I have been giving him Tylenol every 4 hours just to keep him relaxed and calm, and it seem to have done the job (or maybe he was just fine with it!)

I'm going to take it easy tomorrow with him. Just kinda hang out at home and MAYBE go for a walk. Sounds like you have a pretty laid back baby

I wouldn't worry at all!!

ok today I have the grouchy baby. Poor thing is not a happy bunny.

Yes I cried more than her when they were done.

Here's hoping she cheers up.
