Put some of the Karval drops into a bowl of hot water (obviously out the way lol) and put that into baby's room and close the door let the vapours surround the room before bed time

thats a good idea, i tried muslin hanging in the crib but it still ended up inside there before morning!

Hi Hun, all of the above plus try raising the cot slightly at one end, just put pillow or blankets under the mattress so baby is slightly propped up. The Calpol plug in things are good too. X
