Not sleeping through anymore

Brooke isnt sleeping through anymore and im at a bit of a loss.

Firstly i thought it was teething but its been going on over a month now, then i thought she wasnt warm enough, sorted that but no she still wakes at 2/3am in the morning for no real reason, i let her have a sleep in my bed a few times and she goes right off.

She's such a restless sleeper anyway, but now when she wakes she pulls herself up to stand and calls for me at the cot whining so she is fully awake iykwim?

I need to be firm and not allow her to get into my bed anymore, but i only did it because i thought she was teething.

Any words of wisdom or advice for those with LO's who did sleep through but dont anymore?

no real experience honey, but a couple of thoughts, is she wanting more food in the day, and i would probably be a little firmer, go in, settle her back down in her cot, might need doing it a few nights though x x

yep perseverence will pay off although hard at the time, I find Evie can be like this when she's having a growth spurt too but normally settles back down after a week! Good luck!

Carly if i fed her anymore she'd be eating 24/7

She has ... 9 oz @ 7am, toast and weetabix @ 9.30am, lunch @12.30pm, 5oz @ 2pm, dinner @ 4pm and 7-9oz @ 6.30pm, then a few snacks inbetween.

I googled it and apparently its quite common something to do with a mix of separation anxiety and also developmental milestones, seems common when they learn to sit up on their own from a laying position and pulling themselves to stand.

Thats eased my mind a little, but still dont know how to fix it

yep it does sound normal for around 8/9 months, hmm still wondering how to fix it though hon, i think maybe its just a case of riding it out, and persevering (i'm running and hiding now cos it doesn't help you )
