nearly new sale NCT

Has anyone been to one of these? Theres one in my city on saturday and im trying to work out if it will really be worth going or if it will just be pants.

So if you have been did you find them any good? where the prices higher or lower than your expected,did they seem to have loads of different things, or was it just baby clothes really?

if it seems crap im just going to go to a carboot on sunday lol

I went to one in my local village and was sceptical but when I arrived the queue was HUGE just before the opening time! And when I got in.. it was lke a mad dash at the wedding shop 4am opening on oxford street!! seriously.. people were like grabbing things and stuff.. everything was priced up individually by the owners of the item and some really good bargains. I got my re-useable nappies from there at a fraction of the price of them new. LOADS of stuff to be had for cheap.

I am convinced not everyone was a parent but ebayers mostlt trying to make money on the stuff.

Was good tho.. but be prepared to get there early.. forrage around and be cramped and squashed to get to the deals! Definately an experience.. and tip- dont bring any kids.. they'll only hold you back! Much easier to manoeuver on your own.. lol

I went and some women were fighting and argueing over items....It made me feel a bit uncomfortable... Isa bargain really worth acting like a 3 year old for?? I founda few little bits but nothing that i thought 'wow what a bargian' and they didnt haggle... I would prefer a car boot anyday, to look around at a more leisurely pace and haggle for a bargain if u see one!!! However at an NCT sales you are garenteed to have baby stuff at a car boot it just seems to be luck!!

Give it a go and c what u think..

I had the same experience, u can find some good bargins!
If u r an NCT member u can get in earlier than every1 else so im told.
