| Mum (Mom) Active BnB Member  Join Date: Jan 2008 Location: South Wales Posts: 218 | Raised blister like tongue Hi Just a few moments ago when we were getting Jess ready for bedtime, we noticed she had these white blister type things on her tongue. Shes 10months old and has been feeling a bit "off" since yesterday. Does this sound like thrush or hand, foot disease? Im taking her to the docs 2mmrw but cant help but worry- poor mite hasnt been herself at all today and just generally unhappy and her appetite has gone.  |

At first i thought it was just teething and thats why she was unhappy, but my hubby discovered her tongue was covered in these blisters |

| Dad Join Date: Sep 2009 Posts: 3 | Reply White Bumbs Baby Tongue So... what was the issue with this? My baby has something that sounds similar. I'm thinking it was from some pizza that I gave her and possibly burned her tongue but I'm not sure.  |

If it's hands foot and mouth she would probably have some blisters there as well  Check between her fingers and toes as well. Sometimes it just looks like little pin pricks as well. Often with Hands, foot and mouth they don't get "ill", just maybe a sore throat, but it's hard to tell with babies. xx |
