Hi! could it be that air in the room gets too dry? I know that can cause nasal problems. Does she sleep in your room? If so it can well be that room gets stuffy. I noticed with my lil one tht have to keep the window open abit durin the night or she gets bunged up. and maybe if you try to elevate her head abit? Hopefull someone here can give good advice on what to do as its just couple of things i have noticed with Hannah.

Hi rocky,

If she continues to have a bunged up nose then ask your GP to refer her to Ears nose and throat department at your local hospital. My son had this from when he was a baby he is four now and he found it hard sleep until they realised that he had reall big adenoids which affected his breathing so he had them removed. It might not be that but just bear in mind that sometimes large adenoids at the back of their throat can cause bunged up noses

He had all the symptoms your daughter has and it was awful for us for about four years as he recently had them removed this year. He would be ok with breathing in the day but at night sometimes it would seem as if he had sleep apnea. Make sure you get it checked out, it is nothing to worry over hun, but if it is it can affect their hearing and also speech in some instances.

Please dont get worked up about it, it could just be the effect of the injections. Let me know
