2nd injections?

In my red book it says the second injections are at 12weeks, Well kyle is 12weeks on sunday my doctors only do jabs on a tuesday but i still dont have a letter about it.. When he got his 8week jabs as he turned 8weeks on the sunday he had his jabs on the tuesday..

So i guess im asking how did your 2nd jabs go where they as on time as they could or late as in 13weeks+ ?

Also was your baby better with the second than the first ?

Hi, Ruby got her 8 week jabs at 9 weeks, so will be having her 2nd lot at 13 weeks. It was delayed as we moved areas...
Ruby wasn't bothered by the first set and had no side effects, I was wondering if the second lot would be any different, I hope not!

Theo had his first lot when he was 9 weeks, he's 15 weeks tomorrow and still hasn't had his 2nd lot, either the nurse has been off sick or Theo has been quite chesty. hopefully the nurse is there Wednesday and Theo's chest is clear x

i dont think it will make much difference hun if he has them a little later !

i hope shes good with these next ones, the first lot didnt bother her lol x

I rang the doctors since he had his 8week ones on time, to make sure i have not missed the letter or anything, but nope his not got any appointments at all on there system, not next week or the week after! I find this stupid whats the point in saying 8weeks,12weeks,16weeks ect if the silly doctors/nurses cannot stick to these themselfs? so he will be more 13/14weeks before he gets his 2nd jabs when he had his fist ones on time and if they mess it up even further it will mess up other jabs which means i have to move my holiday, drive home to get his jab or move his appointment

It doesn't matter about the jabs being given late. In fact, the older they are the better able their bodies are to cope with all the nasty ingredients, such as aluminium (which can be very dangerous in high doses and the vaccinations have up to 100 times the RDA in them).

But you do need to make sure there is at least 4 weeks between jabs, so the third lot will need to be a bit later than the NHS schedule, but it really doesn't matter! The 8, 12 and 16 week schedule is arbitrary really, it's just easier for the NHS to regulate the timetable for all children.
