LO's hair gets greasy so fast!

So we bathe Rocco every day and I wash his hair and scrub his scalp with a soft hair brush because he had a little tiny spot that looked like the start of cradle cap. We bathed him yesterday morning and by this morning his hair was greasy and kinda smelled sweaty or musty. I don't know what else to do except bathe him twice a day! I can't imagine that would be good for a baby's sensitive skin though.
Anyone else with a baby with a full head of hair have this issue??

Harry's hair was exactly the same. I would wash his hair in the bath at night, and by the morning sometimes it was already greasy. At the time though, we were putting cream on his face because of his eczema and I thought it was because he must have been rubbing his face and then his hair (as the greasy patches were usually around his face and never at the back of his head). He developed cradle cap then, and we used Detinox Cradle Cap Shampoo and it cleared it up, but a lot of his hair fell out, which has now been replaced by finer blonde hair which is coming through nicely now. It's not as greasy, but still gets greasy sometimes. I don't think there's much you can do.

Maybe try washing it a little less. If you can try to not wash LOs hair for a few days because the more you wash it the more oil his scalp will produce. It can also be made worse by touching babies hair alot, which you do without realising when they have a cute head of hair.

See I thought I was washing it too much too but I don't want to let it go for 3 or 4 days cause he looks gross when it's greasy! Plus it smells musty and sweaty. It's weird. It smells sweaty on the front top of his head. He gets sweaty when I nurse him from laying up against me but on the sides.
The only other thing I was thinking was that Im not rinsing the shampoo out well enough. Who knows. I just hate having a greasy smelly baby! Lol

I figured it out! That's what it was. I wasn't rinsing the shampoo out of his hair completely. I just bathed him and rinsed like crazy and his hair has now dried and it's so shiny and soft which it would never get like before and shortly after would get greasy.
I think it's fixed
now I have a nice smelling non greasy baby!!
