What's normal and what's not???

My LO is 14 weeks old and a lot of things happen and I'm not sure if that's just what babies do or not? I would be grateful for any advice as I really don't know what is normal or if there is anything wrong.

1. Always spitting up - not just after food - can be pretty much anytime even before her next feed is nearly due (doesn't seem to bother her though - more bothers me as she goes through over 10 bibs in a day and her vest is always wet)

2. Still very windy - it seems to be the wind that wakes her up in the night

3. Cries whenever she wakes up from a nap

4. Only normally manages to nap for 30 mins at a time - only does longer when out in the car or for some strange reason when we are in really busy houses!

5. Only takes on average 4oz of bottle and that can be a struggle (occassionnally will take 5 - sometimes only 3) (has 5 feeds in the day 1 in the night). She was 8lb 1oz when born and is now 13lb 10oz so she seems to be growing ok but she's only been on formula for a month so don't know what she took on the boob. Feeding from the bottle is still sometimes a struggle she would probably stop at 3 oz if I didn't keep encouraging her to take a bit more (I try not to force her to take what she doesn't want but just worry she's still hungry as she seems to cry as if wanting more then doesn't seem to want it when I offer it - I wind her part way through the bottle to make sure she's not full of air)

6. Has a permanently stuffy nose - have to use saline spray every morning and we also put her to sleep using a reflux wedge pillow to stop her getting so stuffed up - also take her in the shower room to help clear her nose.

7. Strains when pooing - not constipated though - always comes out soft (tmi) - goes twice a day.

emilys the same age and is exactly the same
except she doesn't cry after waking from a nap
and we normally get her to take 5oz at a time
but everything is else is the same

but i assume its normal she's perfectly fine and healthy
and when ive asked its all been fine no problems

Doesn't sound like anything too out of the ordinary to me.

Billie's naps have changed in amount and how long - used to be 45mins now sometime 1 1/2 hours. She would only cry on waking if she was hungry. Feeding - she still only has 5oz and shes getting on for 6 months! She's also had a few colds.

I think they just find their own pace and as long as she's happy and healthy I wouldn't worry.
