0-3 months definately. Adjusting to being a new mummy, recovering from major surgery. And the sleepless nights. It's all new and takes a while to learn what your baby likes and doesnt like. Caitlyn had colic too, after the 0-3 stage she was much better. We changed her bottles etc. And she started to sleep through

xx

For me the 1st 6 wks is hard while you get used to ur new baby and your new baby gets used to you ...Then I think its 9~12 months when they are into everything and you need eyes in back of your head and wrap them in cotton wool and have to have everything out of babies reach and they dont yet understand danger of anything

there where 2 times that i think were the hardest, one being around 8 months before she learned to crawl and she was sooo frustrated with not being able to move but that stopped when she learned to crawl. the second time was when she was about 10-14 months she got serious separation anxiety, grrr pain in the ass lol, shes very high maintenance now but i know she understrands so i can deal with it easier xx

Definatley the first few months. Theyre so helpless and you cant do much with them. Plus having to learn what they like/dislike etc

Now.

9 Months, teething, screaming, temper tantrums starting...

She needs constant attention, she can crawl and stand and reach things and is always into some trouble

0-3 months..

I was recovering from the birth.. labour, c-section, 2 infections, and was in the hospital.
Up during the night
Elyse started teething
Adjusting to being a new mom
Getting to know the baby
They can't really keep themselves content either at first (or so I found).. if she was awake she was with me at all times..
Appointments - for baby and yourself - fairly often

i felt useless

we changed her bottles and now she hardly ever cries now unless she is hungry!

0-3 MONTHS were especially hard, but Amelia still doesn't sleep through, so although the days with her are easier - nights are stimm not nice!
