havent thought of anything else...
my mum still buys baby cereal so she has that 3 times a week..!

Is rice krispies ok then?!

I'm assuming those are the equivalent to Honey Nut Cheerios here? Erica doesn't get those, either regular or multi grain cheerios only. Good to know tho, some products are marketed as healthy, and you really have to check.

I dont eat cereal so didnt know there was different types of cheerios! Are whole grain ones ok then?

Sugar and salt from a 40g serving: 4g of sugar (4% of RDA) and 0.66g of salt (11% of RDA).

Thats the salt and sugar content of rice krispies. They seem ok. Salt content could do with being a bit lower...]

Frosties have 14gram of sugar per 40g serving so are best avoided, as do honey cheerios, coco pops, sugar puffs.

jack likes most cereals. although in the last few weeks he is gone off his food a bit so if he wont eat anything else i give him coco pops. I know they are not great but its better than him eating nothing.
