he slept through the night...

TWO days in a row!!
Now... I just have to work on him waking up at a decent hour instead of 5:30am!!

But I'm happy! And feel much more rested!

Yaaay Grady!

awww well done grady - we're still waiting 5 months on....
What time do you put him to bed - just wondering if you could move bedtimearound slightly and see if that helps him to sleep longer in the morning? Not always later either, i have found that when amelia has had an extra good night, she has been in bed a little earlier....

I tried putting him down early, but it seems the earlier he goes to bed, the more he wakes up through the night!
The last 2 nights he's been down around 10pm, and then slept til 5:30!
When I put him down at say 8.. he's usually up around 3 for a bottle, and then up again at 5..

ok - so 10pm is obviously his time - maybe the morning light is waking him?! See i can't get Amelia to stay up - she is ready for bed between 7 and 8pm most nights. She wakes between 2 and 4am for a feed then sleeps till 6 -8am.

he just wakes up for the sake of wakening up!!!! he doesn't feed during the night at all any more. he only has one bottle a day now! my hubby wants to leave him crying cos we are both struggling now. i think i will have to go down the CC route as i am preggers again so need Ali sleeping before this one arrives lol. i am glad your wee one is sleeping - i now know why they use sleep deprivation in the army etc!!!!

I think it's the light.. or else the stupid birds chirping, etc! LOL.

But he usually wants to sleep around 7 or 8ish. Last night we came home from the MIL's, and he fell asleep in his car seat around 7pm when we were driving home, and I left him there til about 10pm. So I guess he's technically sleeping from about 7-8ish..
