is this the start of baby tantrums? lol

for the past few days if i put amy down to change her bum, put her on her playgym, put her to bed...she will hold her arms out stretched, go bright red, shake, her eyes come out and she screams.....is this the start of the tantrums?

does your LO do this?

Hannah does this sometimes, she did go through a period of severe separation anxiety where we had to hold her all the time, it got better though. Now she only does it when she's not feeling well (teething mostly)

thanks hun x i did think that maybe amy was starting to teeth..im not sure though but shes only started doing it recently x

Sounds like she might dislike being on her back. We asked our doc about this because Darwin started doing the same thing, she told us that it can frustrate them when they start becoming more aware of the world but can't really move around - if she was happy being held, or sitting up in a high chair or playing with a toy and you moved her to the change table or crib, she might have been saying "Hey! I don't want to lie there, I want to go back to what we were doing!"
