Whats more important, breastmilk or going out? - Page 4

Whatever's best for mummy and baby! I'd probably switch to FF in your situation, infact I did do that! x

What do you class as an outing? Do you mean going out for a day out or just out for a hour or so?

I make sure that I take my little man outside everyday, even if its just a 30 min walk round the block, the fresh air is good for him and it keeps my sanity. But I don't do long days out at all. I'll go into town for a quick shop or meet a friend for coffee but I'm not using out for longer than 3hrs 4 max. The only place I'll stay longer is mum and dads but that's like home from home for us.

I take my hat off to you for exclusively expressing its bloody hard work and your doing a great thing for your LO. Honestly I don't know if I could go as long as you have.
Having read your other thread, make sure whatever decision you make is what you really want and will make you and LO happiest x
