I did it with Hannah to because she was eating all night and not eating (but playing) during the day so I cut out her night feeds completely. It's hard at first you have to get up and resettle quite often but after a week or so of hell Hannah started sleeping through. Also if your LOs take a dummy/paci we found that putting several of them in Hannah's crib above her head helped, when she woke up she'd find it and put it back in on her own. We very very rarely have to go in at night now (usually only when she's teething)
