Lump under her left nipple (Megan)

Megan has quite a large lump around her left nipple area ...

Now I've looked it up and it seems quite normal & associated with hormones passed from Mum ...however most of the answers I found were in breastfed babies and Megan is formula baby.

Anyone had this please?

I don't have any experience of this sorry but i was going to say, does she have her 6week check coming up soon? you could ask the doctor then?

(do they have a 6wk check or did i make that up?)

Paige had them for ages... At least 3 months, but i combi-fed, sorry not much help, but it is probably your hormones just taking a little while to settle down

Just ask HV or doc next time you see them, or ring if you have a contact number for your HV x

Should mention that i stopped BF at 8weeks and it took longer then 4weeks to go from then

errm..
i don't know exactly, but i know a friend of mine's little girl had both nipples that looked like they had a big lump. almost looked like the start of puberty when you start getting boobs?
is that what you mean...
but i know with her little girl - it WAS hormones!

Both Naomi-Mae and Kaysie Blossom had this one was BF and one was FF, totally normal hun but if your at all worried speak to your hv

ella's boobies were hard and swollen for a few weeks and she had a mini period, hormones from me at birth apparently (they told us to expect this at our parent education classes) if its just one see if it goes down over next few days if not just get Hv to check on it xx

Kathryn had one on both sides and she is FF, they go away eventually on their own, it's totally normal

She should have a 6 week check but Ive not had appointment yet. Ill stay unpaniced lol x
