Pee pee problem!!

Elyse has peed through 3 sleepers since about 10pm last night. I'm not putting her diapers on wrong or leaving her a long time without checking... but it always happens while she's sleeping and she wakes up screaming needing a complete diaper & outfit change (which really pisses her off lol). She never does this usually!

Should I try a different brand of diapers? I'm using Huggies, but also have Pampers, Huggies seem more her size, Pampers are a bit too big for her? I absoluely cannot move up to the next size, should I move back down a size? She's small. 7-8lbs range... help!!!

hmm im having the same trouble but its coz i keep forgeting to put my wee mans winky pointing down haha! i found pampers leaked but its persoanl pref obviously hun! i find that the huggies arent snug around his legs so his peepee runs out there! and im using the smallest size! i dunno how 2 stop it ether though lol

^ yes I think that's where the leaks are coming from, the legs in the Huggies.. my little angel has the scrawniest legs LOL so they aren't very secure around hers at all, but if I try to tighten them more I'm afraid I'm making her uncomfortable.

Urghhh, diapers!!

Hmmm is the diaper fully soaked or does it seem like shes possibly peeing out the legs or something? Does the diaper fit her well..like around her legs? If not I might go back down a size if she still fits...7-8lbs would still be newborn here. If she just pees almost maybe you could try putting a diaper cover over it, like you would for a cloth diaper, so atleast it doesn't soak her clothes everytime.

I wouldn't be worried about her being uncomfy, if she is she will let you know. I know at that size the boys were in newborn with the tabs overlapping to make it tight enough

Yeah she would still fit in NB but we moved her up since her size 1s because they seemed to fit well enough, her poop was starting to get too big for NB, and because we had a huge stockpile of size 1s. However her size 1s have the tabs overlapping to make them fit.. she's quite petite, under 8lbs still at over 7 weeks old.

might be worth trying the pampers sweetie, i found huggies leaked terribly when maddi was NB, but i think they're great now

I always found Pampers leaked. I'd suggest you only need sz1 in whichever you use hun. H is over 8lb and she is still in sz1 and I over lap the tabs. Maybe just make sure you have the extra side panels pulled out properly hun xxx

I had to keep Helena in the Pampers swaddlers at that weight. She was scrawny legged too.

see its deff leaking out the legs with him 2 coz he has skinny wee legs aswell! iv found making the back of the nappy go higher up his back helps if that makes any sense! but i agree shel let u know if its 2 tight!
