Alex has been asleep for 4 hours since he last fed, should i wake him up or leave him till he wakes himself?

I'd probably let him sleep, he will wake up when he is hungry, is he breast or bottle fed?

Perhaps give it another half hour to and hour and see if he wakes, if he doesnt after that i'd wake him

i think they say not to let them go any longer than 6 hours, if i remember right?

I'd say do what Holly suggested, I know bottle-fed babies can go a lil bit longer then breast fed babies

Hannah is bottle fed and my doctor told me not to let her go more than 4 hours, but at night we always let her sleep as long as she wanted

As he's so young I'd wake him after 4 hours for a feed during the day and leave him 6 hours at night. That's what we were told to do - we had a very sleepy baby xx
