First period after birth

Mine came about 3 months after and has lasted 4 weeks nearly. Should I be concerned? As I am a little.

dont know the answer.
had my first one about 6 weeks after having chloe. never had one after having connor as ended up pregnant with katie

I got my first at 7 or 8 weeks and it only lasted 7 days, but it was WICKED. If you're even a little concerned call your doc or MW and let them know.

I admit I am the odd exception but I've just had my first and Grace is 8 and a half months old!

I admit also that it's been stressful time not having my period although i'm sure I should have been glad!! Thought something was wrong but maybe not

u should go see the doctor Hun , my SIL had her baby last march and still hasn't had a period yet

Thanks Ladies, I made an appointment for Thursday and If I am still on then that will be almost 5 weeks

I read it does take a while to get back to normal but 5 weeks is a bit excessive!
