It sounds like your antibiotics haven't quite worked (it's happened to me too) I'd get yourself to the doctors on Monday and they should be able to give you some more. The sooner you go the easier the infection will be to treat. In the meantime drink lots of water and cranberry juice - it's Thanksgiving isn't it, make sure you have a double helping of the cranberry sauce xx

Hun, it sounds like a yeast infection (thrush), which are common during pregnancy... and can be brought on by anti-biotics, which I assume you were given to get rid of the baldder infection. Good luck, I had this when I was pregnant and it is hell. :hugs:

Yeah....you've got thrush babe coz the antibiotics kill the good bacteria in your body as well as the bad stuff:hissy:. It's horrid isn't it?:hugs:
Ask the pharmacist or Dr what they recommend over there for thrush....we have canesten over here which soothes the itch and clears the fungal infection
Drink the Yakult type drinks to increase the good bacteria in your gut again too as this can help your immune system:hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs:

Like everyone else it sounds alike a thrush to me, maybe your local pharmasict has some cream that you can get over the counter. It cant hurt to try.

Sounds like this to me too honey. The antibiotics can be terrible at causing thrush. You can get over the counter treatments for it, tell the chemist and they should be able to give you some cream and a tablet to clear it up.

yep told u it sounded like thrush, i looked online and it said u cant just go pharmacy and get somethin, u have to go to doctors and get that pessary thing, eat loads of pasteurised yoghurt, also, get a panty liner and cover it with yoghurt, put some up against ur girly bits and then put the panty liner on, it apparently soothes, dont take anything without checking with ur doctor first...
look after urself and my fave niece hun

It sounds like you still have your infection and thrush. Those one time anti-biotics take like 5 days to completely work. But I don't think thrush should cause burning or bleeding--just the itchiness and white discharge--but I could be wrong.

It is definitely thrush..... you can get canestan in n america too and its great but you might want to see the doctor as sometimes canestan is not good enough it eases the itch but sometimes does not clear it up inside the vagina, you can get some pessaries but not sure if they are recommended in pregnancy, eating natural yoghurt helps and if not preg using yoghurt in private parts but would not recommend that now obviously.
poor you! Hope it clears up soon!
