How do I change/retreive my password?

Hiya,

I need to find out what my password is guys....I cant remember it!:dohh:
Im ok on the pc (has auto sign in)but OH is taking over with his photography and thats me delegated to my laptop which has suddenly lost all its memory of my passwords and I cant log in from it.

How can I change it??
