jessicas dad rang me earlier and i hung up on him, and now he saying he taking me to court. i dont think i should have to tell him anything about her a he shown no interest, and when i was 25weeks preg he said f**k me and the baby, and dont want to know. and now he demandin access :(
am i being mean denying him this?

i rang him, asked if he wants to know. he said no, i said but u said u did.
and he replied she aint worth the hassle, and im a silly cow.
i tried telling him the date she was born, her weight, everything but if he aint gonna try why should i even bother. i tried when i was pregnant, but in my opinion when he puts a silly 15yrold girl before all his daughters, he doesnt deserve to be a dad :(

id maybe give him one chance supervised visit n if he messed up then i could say i tried n i wouldnt let him near her again!

nah, his name aint on it. cos apparently im a slut who has been with the whole of essex and in his words he dont wanna see that thing till a dna test is done. he only showin interest now cos he is gonna lose his oither two kids and wants to try n prove hes a good dad, and always there for them :-/

well hes guna have to pay to get dna test done lol n pay to take u to court so tell him to bring it on n if hes losing his other kids he wont stand a chance.

I would start a journal where you can track when you tried to give him information and what the response was. This way, if he does go after you for access, you have a documented trail that shows that he has had no interest.

thats a really good idea! also now u can store texts on the internet so if u get a nasty text save it! im sure everytime he calls u names makes him look worse n worse!

That is out of order!! Jessica's "not worth the hassle" shes a beautiful little precious baby..bloody idiot!! I really wouldnt worry yourself over him,document what happens jst incase he does go to court but I dont think he ever will. Sounds like he just likes to keep you on your toes.

If he isn't on the birth certificate...he has to take you to court, they'll order he pays for a DNA test which is almost 1000 dollars. Then, he'll take you to court again where the court will decide. This can take months and months and months. And a ton of money. It isn't going to look good on him.
