3rd cycle but no O. I am taking 150mg but if no go on this, I will move on to bigger and better things.

Been TTC off an on since 1999. Consistently this time since 2006.

Hekate - been reading some of your threads and yours is a very interesting story - I really wish you all the success with your :bfp:!! So how do you inseminate - with a syringe?? Just so intrigued.... tell us more :hug:

May be a good idea if we all do a little introduction... since we are all cycle buds now..

I am 33 and DH is 31... we have been TTC since March and no :bfp: yet.. did a home spermie test on DH and came back low concentration so we are taking some steps -

1. DH is coming off antidepressants as they can apparently cause low sperm count.
2. He is now taking Fertilaid natural supplement for spermies
3. we will BD every other day around O day to give spermies more of a chance

I have gynae appointement booked for 28 Oct so if no :bfp: will do proper tests...

So this is the 1st month trying this new method so lets see...

I am glad you are feeling positive Tanya and are able to actually do something towards conceiving.....I think it is one of the hardest things about ttc...that you seem to be unable to do much towards it (except for the timing)....

There were many decisions to make, like should we or do we want to go through a clinic or have a private donor? do we want the donor to be known or unknown? do we want to co-parent? what criteria should the donor fulfill if anything other then healthy? what are the legal implications?

but the hardest part seemed to be finding a suitable donor....that was before I started ttc:rofl:
this will be my 3rd cycle ttc....

Hi All, Just dropping in to say Hi. I think I may need to live vicariously through all of you this month as my OH is flying out on business this Sunday, for 8 days... and I O late.... :hissy: And just when I thought the :witch: had left after being rather kind this month, round two started. Hopefully this will mean I have a longer cycle, O later after OH returns! Fingers crossed. I'm having progesterone test on CD21 (short luteal phase), so I hope the date my doctor calculated is still accure. Take a look at my chart if you've got a min and tell me what you think. Here's an update on me, since I've been away for a week (sorry, I've done a copy and paste job from my journal):
So are back from our fabulous holiday. It was just so good to get away although the weather didn't play nice the whole time. We did have a couple of really nice days though We ate plenty of fresh seafood, did a few touristy things and just relaxed plenty.

There were sheep in a field next door to us and one evening we opened the front door to find one of them standing on the door step having a poo. Charming, eh! :rofl:

MIL and SIL and family were coincidentally on holiday not to far away too, so we caught up with them one afternoon. I don't mind, because I have the absolute bestest in-laws

On the ttc front, so far we BD'd on CD6, 10, 11, 13 & 14.

CBFM gave me lows until CD13 and then a peak yesterday on CD14 and again this morning? But I had quite bad cramping most of yesterday afternoon so I think I'm 1dpo.

LH is produced in the mornings, so you O'd sometime between 8 and 36hrs after Thursday morning, so I'd say you O'd Friday?


HI to everyone. Glad to see people into their TWWs! I (finally) O'd today and my OH is out of the country....:hissy: so at least I'm pretty certain of my chances this month! I have my progesterone test tomorrow, so at least I can feel like I'm doing something 'productive' this month.

I have days when I feel crappy. I have been trying for over a year now and each month seems to be a big slap in the face!!

Have you tried things like, finding a route that you would walk baby and buggy down? Or made a wish list of baby furniture? Sometimes I do that just to convince myself that one of these days it WILL happen!!

SO exciting that people are getting close to testing time....

Tiffers - I just love the whole "We" idea. That is so cute and I think it's a really good idea to visualise the results we want to see. Oh, and it turns out that I actually didn't ovulate while DH was away as I had my CD21 progesterone on Monday :( I got my pos OPK on Sat (CD19) but had a stomach bug the sane day and was really sick, so may be that's it or my body went on strike as there wasn't much point this month! He's back tomorow so you never know, there could be a little egg waiting for a second chance!

Munchkin- I am 12dpo today so will be testing on Saturday. I am feeling a bit crampy already though so not holding out too much hope. Or can that be a sign?? I never know!!

Reedy - My friend is a couple of months pregnant with her 3rd child and never had implantation bleeding so I don't think everyone gets it at all!!

Well as my ticker shows I can test today but I'm holding off untill I'm late. I know I know some of you will think I'm crazy but I dont want to do it untill I'm actually late and I know its going to be bloody hard but if :witch: isnt here by this time next week I'll test I just really dont want to get my hopes up thats all only to be knocked down by :witch: arriving the next day x

There's something to be said for waiting to test Reedy... kind of exciting if you can wait! Your AF not arriving is a great start! I agree, that FMU is best, though I think the rule is after 14DPO you can test with any, but you'll get a clearer answer with FMU. Good luck :)


I'm a bit all over the place. I had my pos OPK at CD19, but then no ovulation(sick). Then pos again yesterday (well I think, very nearly as dark 2nd line) at CD26 and with EWCM but no temp dip today.... another very nearly as dark tonight.... and now I have a back ache... AF due sometime between yesterday and tomorrow.... who knows!!!!

Although still no sign of AF I was going to test again on wednesday if she still wasnt here then moved it to friday now I've decided I'm just not going to test at all bcus i felt so crap seeing that :bfn: I'm going to leave it a good while & if she still isnt here by next week (6th-12 Oct) I'll try again but not sure yet I'll keep you all updated x x x

Hey, don't give up yet! There are many cases where people get :bfn: even well after they're late, then go on to get :bfp: :) How sensitive was the test you used? (You can check on www.peeonastick.com). So sorry that it wasn't the news you wanted, but it still could be. And even if not next week, then very soon :)

I was on the pill for about ten years. Before that I was 28 days, without fail. Now I'm a bit less regular. My spotting is prob not implant bl as DH was until until Sat! (I'd have some explaining to do!). And if I did manage to ov late (i.e. when I got that pos OPK CD26...) it would be too soon :(

You could always do a blood test if you just wanted an answer. Don't you just love the waiting! TTC - so much less romantic than imagined:dohh:

Hate blood tests so think I'll just have to wait it out :hissy:
