Bit confused!! I want a cycle buddy but..

I don't actually know reeeeally when i'm due on..

I last had a period around the 23rd of June. Then i found out at the end of July I was pregnant, M/C on the 8th August and went straight back to taking my pill.
I haven't taken it now for the last 2 or 3 days, and i'm starting to feel a few little cramps (although i don't know if that's consipation.. hah)..
So, i guess i should be expecting a visit from the :witch: any day now..

Once i DO get my period.. does that mean i'm on my CD1?? Or is that AFTER my period is done..

I'm sorry i don't mean to sound stupid!! I guess i'm not up to date on all the terms yet!!:dohh::dohh:

The first day of your period would be CD (cycle day) 1

Sorry about your loss.
Yes, the first day of full flow is CD1, i.e. if you have any spotting on a previous day/s, you don't count these as the new cycle.
