stitches?

how long does it take for them to dissolve?
i seem to have alot of them still, and they are really uncomfortable :( and getting worse, also there is a bit of the thread or whatever its called hanging out of me :blush:

my stitches got very tight and nippy after about 12 days and started falling out after about 3 weeks, they look like bits of black thread so thats probably what you see hanging down, it does get worse before it gets better, hang on in there.

my stitches took close to 2 wks to dissolve

Erm...right im worried now...i had a c section and my baby is nearly 3 months old and my stitches still havent dissolved...hmmm...x

Mine took several weeks, at least 4 to dissolve, though I think they are gone now
