I can't believe I am posting this. I loathe it that I could be this silly but here goes.
I'm 12 DPO or such after the IVF chemical and I should have been spotting by now if I would have gotten AF at a normal time so out of sheer addict habit I did two of these this morning thinking if I see a stark white one I can stop believing in miracles. Sadly they both had lines. VERY THIN lines though! Came up within a minute and are very blue in real life (sorry for the bad phone camera).
All thin lines are evaps, right? I'll take a CB with FMU tomorrow but tell me this is a clear evap meanwhile..... right? !?:dohh:

Definitely test again tomorrow with FMU though. Hopefully this is your BFP :)

See that answer isn't helping! LOL
I will test again but even a wiff of natural pregnancy is a miracle to us. Heck, after what money and tears we spend on IVF, even an evap is a miracle!

they look like BFPs to me, you would be very unlucky to get 2 tests on the trot that show evaps! ive had evaps before and they have been a grey colour, too much blue in there for that! good luck, I wont congratulate you until you confirm it :) let us all know tomorrow xxxx

For those not knowing the back story, we're waiting to have enough money for a second try for IVF because we have no sperm in the ejaculate. Granted, we have half of our (LOL) testicular tissue producing sperm so it's not absolutely impossible but according to two different specialists there is no way it would be coming out! On top of everything, we only half heartedly BD-ed once, the day I got the positive OPK. This is the source of my amazement at even getting an evap.
Almost feel like not POASing in the morning, don't want to see the BFN if there is one. This is a definite first to me not wanting to POAS LOL.
I feel fluttery and AFy -ya'll know what I mean :)- so maybe that will come first.

Since I promised I'd keep you posted here is the CB from this morning:

I'm still not convinced and under no illusion that "this is it!" but it's sure nice entertaining the thought we may have gotten a BFP without IVF!
I know you ladies will say I need to take a digi, that would be my advice if I read this but I'd rather wait for a couple more days or till the line is stronger since this is only 12 -or 13- DPO and I don't want to see "not pregnant" :)
These can still be evaps, right?!?

it looks good for you darling :)
good luck with the digital but i can tell you will "pregnant "on it soon!!!

a result like that would give you an accurate result on a digi - go put yourself out your misery, i think you will be plesantly suprised :) 3 evaps? i dont think so! xxxx

If you feel you're ok waiting then of course it can't hurt, but don't feel sick wondering if maybe it could be. A digi test should give you a clearer result
I honestly hope you've had this miracle happen to you, fingers crossed =)

They can't all be evaps?! I'd get a digi too - leave it a couple of days if you can wait that long, but your lines are very clear!
So happy for you if this us it...we were going to have IVF too (for completely different reasons, but never thought we'd conceive naturally) so I know that feeling of disbelief when you see a line! :D x

They look like bfps to me also, i mean 3 evaps?! not likely ... Good luck when you test again

Ugh, really don't want to be typing this but I have bad news. Despite both the tests this morning being as strong of BFPs I think we're going down the same disastrous path, I've started spotting.
Now if I could be sure this was a chemical I would still hold on to the hope that we can do it on our own but researching online -bad Google!- it seems several types of cancer give false positives, particularly ovarian cancer. What I plan to do is test again on Wed or Thursday, by then AF will be well on its way and if I still get a bfp then freak our properly about cancer and go to the doctor, if not and it's a stark BFN then we had yet another early loss. I'll keep you all posted either way.
I'd like to thank everyone again!

Dont give up yet, please go and see a doctor today just to get checked over whatever is going on I think you need to be seen. I understand your fears but it could still come good, and if not then you will have at least settled your fears :hugs: I am thinking of you and wish you the best of luck

Oh hun, those tests are very clear and you wouldn't get an evap so soon and certainly not 3 of them. I am keeping my fingers crossed for you as there are plenty of couple who conceive naturally after struggling with IVF. If I were you I'd get to the Dr's for some bllod tests. HCG tests where they do them over a few days to see if the hcg is going up at all. Good luck hun and let us know please xxx

They look positive to me! And don't worry about the spotting. I will think positive for you!

If you're really worrying about the possibility of cancer or think it may be a chem preg then surely it wouldn't hurt to get yourself to the doctors asap rather than waiting. It'll ease your mind if nothing else and stop you stressing because if you've had this many bfps there's every chance this could develop into a full pregnancy and stress isn't good for bean :hugs:

Update ladies:
Tested this morning (15 DPO or maybe CD2 depending how you look at it) since the bleeding nearly stopped hoping to see that stark white BFN so that I can get the thought out of my system. I tested with three different brands. One has 100 miu sensitivity and showed a negative, one has 30 I believe and was a positive and a Clear Blue and that was an even stronger positive than the one of a few days ago. - I'll add pics from home- so that was frustrating.
I have a doctor's appointment for next Tuesday - couldn't get in sooner- but I'm thinking there is still something there even after the bleeding but the hgc must be between 30 and 100 which is too low for this stage so a miscarriage waiting to happen.
Will do a digital tomorrow morning to see if I can further narrow it down since the digi reacts at 50.

Don't think the worst just yet, though I know it's hard not too. Try not to think about it too much for the week to come. It's just silly your doctors couldn't fit you in any sooner than next Tuesday though! When you do go, don't let him bully you away.
Hope things will get cleared up for you soon, and that it won't be anything bad. Keep us updated next week =)

Oh, wow! I just found your thread too and was rushing through to the end to see if you confirmed your :bfp: Those tests you posted looked positive to me. I've always thought that if you're seeing colour (and you had colour!) then it's positive. I'm sure you'll get your confirmed BFP, but even if it all doesn't go exactly as you'd hope, you'd have to think it was at least a chemical pregnancy... and how amazing is that! The only thing I'd heard can give a false pos is fertility drugs and recent pregnancies. Please keep us updated!

You have the best stocked hpt drawer I have ever heard of! I can just imagine you with a whole stack of poas at different sensitivities selecting the appropriate one!:hugs::hugs:
I so so so hope that tomorrow is gonna give you that miracle :bfp: - How dare your doc make you wait till next Tuesday tho - doesn't he realise how important this is, for F's sake!! So exciting!! And yet nerve-wracking.....

Try with a pink dye test, they tend to be easier to spot than the blue dye ones.
The first pics you posted, my tests started out like that at around the same dpo

Here is a link for a rough guide to hcg levels and what they should be approx and when. So upto 35 days it could still be as low as 18 so I really don't think that the 100mIU test is a clear indicator hun
http://www.bobrow.net/kimberly/birth/hcglevels.html
I hope this helps you to settle your mind and just try and relax. Take another test yourself over the next few days and see what happens hun :hugs:

Sorry for not posting the picture as promised, really not very exciting, just another test that had a thicker, stronger line.
For all you die-hards sweet romantics, this is bad news, no happy ending here. The digital said Not Pregnant this morning. Not a big heart breaking surprise really. It means that whatever is there is over 30 but under 50 and not going up. I have no reason to believe I am pregnant and it's viable, I DO want to know what this IS/was though! In a few more days (maybe Monday) I'll try the same brand of CB again, I'd really like to see it completely blank and put my mind at rest that yes, we were pregnant but it didn't last.
This should be an interesting doctor's appointment.
However, thank you VERY much ladies. Really!

Aww I started getting all excted for you expecting to to the end and see you bfp! Hopefully your doc can confirm a chemical pregnancy rather than cancer or anything.. then at least you'll know you CAN do it naturally! Good luck for the future hun xx

Yup there's no more spotting/light AF. But no, 16 DPO is far from early :) Been around this block one too many times, not to know when it's gone :) But yes, I hope it confirms an chemical rather than something worse.
Again, thank you every so much ladies, very sweet of you all to have replied!

I guess I'll know more after Tuesday after the doc confirms a miscarriage but even if he does we will still realistically need ICSI, it's just that I would have a glimpse of hope that we can try naturally while waiting for the next treatment as well, that's all. I'm also thinking of repeating our SA just for kicks :)
