they suck big time
ordered a bed on the 20th, they said it be here today 7am-12.
just rang, it wont be here till monday, seriously annoyed cos like 30mins ago i just got rid of my old one :(

i got rid of the matress and the bed frame :(

Awww sorry to hear that, It happened to my sis she ordered a TV was told it would be there by Monday, which was 3 days away, okay I will give them some credit it did come on a Monday 7 weeks later!!!!! Have fun camping. xx

I hear you! We brought our cupboards and drawers and guess what ! All broken! Useless stuff there!

Yeah bedroom drawers from there are useless...

Tbh, this happened to me once...i rang and asked to speak to a manager...I said how i had taken the morning off of work to be there for the delivery...waited and no sign for them to then call me...I complained about losing half days wage but you could also say that AND the fact u are without a bed for however long...be cheeky like me...and at the end say "so what can u do for me?"
They usually either make the delivery faster or may send you money off vouchers...
If they say there is nothing they can do, ask for someone higher...
