If one more person tells me dont worry you have so much time ahead of you to have kids ill snap.. just coz im 20 i have my whole life apparently..
also i was talking to my mum yesterday and she was saying about how there was a program on tv and she had the same problems as me but they were found 2 be incompatable and she was telling me about the process and that now that woman has 3 kids.. which is great to hear. next words out her mouth was dont worry you have years to have treatment and figure it out....
my mum has never losty a child and i said to get its easier said than done if u dnt understand how it feels... she had no problems getting preg n having me n my sisters...

WHY JUST COZ IM 20 DO I GET TREATED LIKE I HAVE ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD!!!
i have been waiting nearly a year to get roconginsed by the dr that i needed help... only now after 4 m/c and so much heartache do i get any help.
then i hear that a friend of mine who has lost only 1 pregnancy is being fast tracked for tests and she has no bad medical history she just moaned for hours on end and her daddy * who is summat big in a hospital* got her tests!!!

LIKE WTF!!

all around me all i see is pregnant people. even a girl i new a while ago who is the most immature idiot on the planet is pregnant...

i live a sh!t hole that i hate with no friends and no way of getting out. i am stuck in the middle of nowhere..

it seems its never ending.. i no my results are back next month but i dunno wat it will say and it seems everyone with kids or is having a kids seems 2 think ill be fine n itl fix itself..... im the one that has been told its possible ill never have kids...:hissy:

Hi Tracie, so sorry to hear about your loss! As you say it is all relevant. I'm 35 and have been ttc for overa year, have never been pg and so feel upset about it. Obviously your alot younger but of course your desperate to find out whats happening especially since you been through all of that!

We don't judge people here, so you can chat all you like!

I am SOOOOOOOOOOO with you on this rant. I am 26 and even my consulatant said to me you have years ahead dont worry it will happen.....my age doesnt make the pain any easier or make it any less stressful. I have been trying for nearly 2 years with people saying this to me!!

The other old chestnut saying is just calm down and dont let it worry you and then it will 'just' happen WTF....i am not even ovulating so calming down isnt gonna help one bit!

Sorry Tracie i had to have a rant following yours, but i am with you on this one and know just how you feel  my 4 good friend have just had babies, or preggers and lil old me left out and none of them know i have been trying so long either!

I just wanted to give you BIG !! Everyone situation is different but it doesn't matter how old you are. TTC is TTC. It sucks and people's stupid infertiltiy comments seem to make it so much worse.

I don't see hardly any of my friends anymore because they are either pregnant or have a new baby. I can't help it. I wish I wanted to go to events and occasions but I just don't have the urge at all. I just go home crying because I will find out someone else is pregnant.

My mom is the only one in my family that knows about us TTC. I talk to her about it RARELY because last time we got in a huge fight because of her comments: "You are trying to hard. Quit trying and you will get pregant. Just relax." I got super upset and yelled at her and we didn't speak for a month. I have chosen not to talk about it with many people because it INFURIATES me to hear stupid comments/advice. I'm sure most people just don't know what to say because they don't understand, but we still don't want to hear it.

Anyway, you are not alone. Good luck hun.

:hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs:

It's always the ones that seem to get pg at the drop of a hat that say the most stupid things and think that they are helping!!

But it's great to come on here and have a rant, we're all going through similar things!!

xx

:hugs: I think people and doctors can be so insensitive, I'm 29 and I get told oh you're young and got plenty of time, well in my opinion no I haven't - fertility drops off after 30 and your body starts changing. It is very infruiating and i really feel for you.

Well I'm 35 and went to see my gyno last week re ltttc and he said "You're still young!" which kinda made me feel better, because I was thinking I was too old, but also worse cos I was thinking NO I AM 35 you idiot! I AM RUNNING OUT OF TIME!!!!! arrrggghhh! xxx

Ahhh i can sympathise, at 21 and ttc for 3 years i had the same from people who didnt know our situation. Thankfully my doctor was great and referred us at 11 months ttc and we didnt have probs with getting medical help

It annoys me SO much when doctors try and hold off treatment because of age. What they don't take into account is the emotional torture and pain and that is SO wrong IMO.

I'm 26 and had about 3 doctors and 1 FS tell me that "you're still young, you've got plenty of time" but my current FS said to me "you and your husband are very young, so you should be pregnant by now, the fact that you aren't indicates there is a signifigant problem" those words were music to my ears!

I think you just have to find a FS that doesn't dismiss you because of age, and they're very hard to find.

I'm the opposite. My last Gyno said he wanted to start testing and treatment immediately cause of my age (I'm about to be 30) - I was a little shocked....but that said, then the dickhead went on and did nothing but a few blood tests and threw me on clomid...the big "cure anything" drug...pfftt.!

"you and your husband are very young, so you should be pregnant by now, the fact that you aren't indicates there is a signifigant problem"

That is exactly how it should be!! Why is it so rare to find someone who has heard those words? That's the whole point surely - if you are in your twenties you should be able to fall pg easily, unless something is wrong - and things that are wrong don't tend to get better by themselves when it comes to ttc! xxx
