Nanny - how much?

How much would you expect to pay someone to come in and look after your child all day (while you're at work), who have previously been a nursery assistant, is first aid trained and CRB checked? They'd also be happy to do cleaning, cooking and ironing.
Probably a bit early to be looking, but want to cost everything up.

my sister is a qualified NNEB registered childminder with first aid cert and 11 years experience (9 as a private nanny and 2 as head of a pre-school nursery) and she charges around £250 a week live in)
her hours are then 7am-7pm with one night babysitting included...
(those were her prices 2 years ago in Richmond London)

Thanks! Nanny wouldn't be live in, she actually lives on base near me which is handy. I suppose I could even alternate between having her in and using the creche on base.

no rpbs, know the prices are 2 years ago but thought it might help you guestimate :) x
