just wondering if any can help?

i have always suffered with spots but now they are even more stubbon and sore than ever. I have found boots botanics skin care range but it includes natural live plant extracts including rosemary.

does anyone know of this would be ok to use? I have read that rosemary is on the list of foods to avoid so would this count if i was putting on my skin?

confused and at the moment it is the only thing that seems to work against the evil spots.

One thing you could try is contacting the company. I have done that before. Good Luck I hope you find the answer. I am curious too.

iv searched on net and it says rosemary can be used in moderation so I believe it will be the same for using it on skin? i will contact them and try and find out.

I think you're meant to avoid rosemary essential oils for massage etc... I had really grotty skin up until last week too. In fact, my face started burning up when I used my favourite face mask on it in the bath - ow ow ow! Must have just become more sensitive I think, but it didn't do my self confidence much good!

My skin has gotten quite bad too. I have just kept using my usual skin care range (Simple) and am waiting for it to improve
