NCT antenatel classes

Has anyone been or going on these classes? I'm thinking of booking a course as in our area they do not offer joint antenatel classes. They are for mothers only due to cost!!! Which defeats object for me as i want OH to know what to expect and do to help me during labour. the course is £134 and i just wondered if it was worth it? Any help advice greatly received.xxx

Sorry I've got no experience of them but at least you'd be able to pass on what info you want to. From what I've read so far around birth it seems that the most important thing is that you are happy with where you are and what's going on x
