mid cycle spotting..any ideas ladies?

Im on cd10 today and i was spotting yesterday, brown and stringy (sorry tmi) and the same today, whats is going on???
Do you think it could be the Agnus Castus ive been taking for 3 months now? Im confused, feel like my hormones will never be right!!! :hissy::hissy:

Had a nosy at your chart - and it hasnt been that long since you finished your AF.

I know it sounds disgusting - but sometimes I think I have finished my AF and then me and OH BD and then I have a bit more spotting again afterwards - and sometimes even a bit more blood. I always think its just himn 'cleaning me out' sorry definitely TMI.

Could it be that?

i had the same this cycle too and the girls on here and rk said it could be ovulation bleed (i've not been ovulating on my own) so i had my cd21 tests today so should find out next week.

i don't think it could be as a chart aswell and i always ovulate around cd24-27, i use a cbfm and that is consistent with my chart. I didn't think the spoting was from bd'ing as its a couple of days since we last bd'ed. Its calmed down now so only lasted a day and bit again, like last cycle, who knows whats going on with my body!!
