How do I post moving pics?

I had some moving pics put on disc at my 12 week scan but I'm useless with the computer. How do I post the moving pics. I'm sure in one of them babe flashes his winky at me but I could be completely wrong lol. I would love a second opinion on them.

I don't know on here... Could you put it on youtube then post a link to it on here? Want to see you LO moving around! xxx
