Well im a little bit of a late starter at this journal lark but will try to update u all to the first three months so far! Ok so im nearly 22 and am married to Rob and we have a daughter Kaitlin whos 2 in sep. I found out i was pregnant in jan this yr but at 6wks had a m/c. Was an awful time but i still wanted to try for another and in may found out pregnant with this lil monkey! I have been a complete pain this time and constant worrier gt a early scan done at 10wks and all was good and had my proper one done on Tuesday 29th and baby was going mad and showing off! Due date is feb4th 09! Feels miles away at the minute!

I don't think it's very fair of them not to let you have a bigger house. Here it's eight years (which isn't much better) but I think it also depends on if your children are the same gender or not.

Have you got your next scan booked? Are you going to find out your LOs gender if you can? xxx

well they havent given me a date for next scan yet but they are at 20wks here so will be september sometime which seems so long away! I would like a boy yeh but it would be easier if its a girl with the room situation and i have all my stuff still from kaitlin only got too get a pram and cot! Athough i have started buying it new clothes!

Well i actually got a lay in this morning til half 10! This really doesnt happen much anymore with Kaitlin but for some reason she slept in. Going to visit my mum and dad today and have a chillout day i think. Got the dreaded dentist tomorrow which im crapping myself about! Wot a wimp eh! Well least its free. Thats all ive got to say really xxx

Well ive been to dentist and had a filling done the pain!!! Maybe im just a wimp but why do those injections hurt so much!! And my face still feels fat and i cant eat my lo is probably starving! Other than that ive done nothing today other than moan like big baby!!xx

Well today im 14 wks!! Wow where has that gone? Its flown. My bump seems to be expanding now aswell! Rob reckons its starting to look like a football!! Thanx why do men always have to compare things to sport or cars? Anyway im starting to get my energy back now too so can clean my house again!!lol. Well bye for now.xx

Well another day gone and getter bigger by the minute! Well yesterday i went out with my older sister and her boys for a walk around a national trust place and went for a lovely lunch in a little tea room in was such a lovely day just what i needed! Babysat for a friends two children last nite freya is 3 and totally adorable! Today as it is so nice gunna make the most of it and get out in the sunshine with my little girl and maybe have an ice cream!! yummy x

Today i went to a 2yr olds fairy party and it was so much fun all the adults had to dress up 2 and it was hilarious. Cant wait til next month when my little girl turns 2 and will have an excuse to eat more CAKE!!!YUMMY. And i have now def felt baba move feels like a fish swimming about. Its growing so quick all our mates cant believe how big i am.

Today i really feel tired! Dont like it!! Im 15 wks tom tho woohoo! Got some more babygrows and vests today u can never have too many! And we have decided if we have a boy hes gonna be called Theo Morgan as for girls names i just havent got a clue there are way too many!! x

What size baby grows are you going for? Got some cheap ones from Primark on Saturday - went for about 8lbs I think but haven't got a clue about these things!

Well havent written in awhile so thought i better had! Well bin busy shopping for LO and my daughters 2nd birthday. Got some bargains in matalan today really cute babygrows and went to a carboot sale too and got a whole bag of brand new bodysuits for £1 with little lions and stuff on!!:happydance:
Bought my pram too on sat got a mamas and papas A3 pramette its gorge! Cant wait til i can push my LO round in it other than shopping i havent really done much xx

I cant help myself now whenever i see anything cute i have to buy it!Well ive been busy trying to decide on a scheme for babys bedroom as it will have to share with kaitlin so not sure what i will do if its a boy!! Was thinking cream walls and a cute neutral border and then do pink bedding(love the rosebud one from mothercare) for kaitlins bed and the car one they do for baby. If its a girly im going for the whole rosebud theme so pretty!!!:happydance:

We have changed our baby names now too no longer summer or Amber will now be Lily or Ruby for a girl and no longer Theo as hubby thinks of the footballer Theo Walcott! xxx

So im nearly 18wks now! How quickly this is all going, scary to think there will be another LO in the family soon! Had a lovely weekend with the hubby and Kaitlin and went to my big sisters house last nite for a girly nite with all her mates and SINGSTAR!! what a idiot i made of myself Lol. OMG crisp butties!!! All I can think of now is Prawn cocktail butties with salad cream. Don't tell me; 'Yuck' I know, but they're not; it so works, like cream cheese and cheese and onion crisp butties. MMMMmmmmmm!!!

Yeah Charlie was 2 recently and I got upset a couple of days ago when the photos came back and there isn't one of me in them. Fair enough I took them all but...:(

I find myself almost greiving for my oldesst as he was when he was small. We have the most adorable picture of him at nursery when he was 4. He's 14 now and I just think OMG he's never gonna be that cute again!!! :cry: Sap or what?! :lol:

Things are really kicking along for everyone in 2ndtri aren't they?! I reckon the reason it goes by so quick is that it's the 'easiest' trimester. We gotta enjoy every second coz we'll be waddling about moaning like some old dear in the next one. :rofl:

Ohh, what are the carpet and borders like? (I can't decorate anywhere so need to live vicariously (? big word anyway!!) through other peoples :) How exciting.

Still feeling rotton today!! Got the worst sore throat ever and would u believe it the weathers gorge when im stuck in with my pjs, duvet and daytime tele!!! My scan is now only 6 days away!!!!

The weather's meant to be tlike this all weekend; so hopefully you'll feel abit better before it's gone. :D

Well yesterday was awful woke up to really bad period cramps and bad backache so spent the day on the sofa again but it got that bad i knew it wasnt right so rang the out of hrs doc who got me in the hospital for check up. Found i have a very bad water infection and put me on a wks course of antibiotics:cry: Scared the life out of me with telling me bout the risk of miscarriage!
Well today i think they have started to work slowly pains fading abit just hope it clears up soon. Lo still kicking me so thats really reasurring! Hope to be better by thursday for my scan though atleast i will get to see my baba:baby: and check alls well!

Can't it be serious if it's left untreated? Is that what your dr meant? Doesn't sound like a great approach to treating you! The antibotics will get working on you and you'll be feeling fantastic for your scan. It's so exciting that you're going to see you LO :happydance:

Well last night i had really bad cramps again and found it hard to walk so thought my infection had come back phoned the out of hrs doc and they saw me at half 8! They checked my wee which was clear and my bp which was fine so put it down to a tummy upset and stretching pains!
He then timed my pulse and said it was 112 bpm when 100 is there cut off so they sent me for an ECG to check my heart and that showed it was too fast so i have to go for another today! Im petrified!! I went in with suspected UTI and come out with Heart problems!!!:cry:

Ive spent the whole day on the sofa and feel ok! Keep checking my pulse rate its under 100 now so just gotta chillout. Really am not enjoying my pregnancy and i wish i could as im not having anymore:hissy:

Well feeling better today! Had the midwife call round earlier to check me over as had pains today but alls fine with baby so im happy!! Shes booked me in for appointment tommorow too just check me over again so thats a relief but she said its my IBS probably and ligament stretching! So painful though but just gunna take it easy from now on!

OOh you poor thing; I get IBS too it's not nice. :nope:

Yay mel ive added u hun!! Cant believe how cold its been today ive had my heating on all day!! I think its gunna be a very expensive winter.
Not doing anything though this weekend though anyway so should probably be glad its not sunny!! Kaitlin started pre school yesterday and loved it so happy i thought she would cry the whole time. Think im gonna give her a couple of weeks to get used to it then take her an extra day so i get some me time before baby Lilly enters the family!!

Had a lovely relaxing weekend did sod all which i really enjoyed for a change sometimes nice to do absolutely nothing. Todays bin manic though play group, shopping and lots of washing!! Bought some cute socks and a pk of babygrows from asda for :baby: while i was there and an In the night Garden hat, Scarf and gloves for Kaitlin. Ordered myself some flat pump type shoes and a coat from the catalogue too a floaty mac type one with a tie belt thought it would be flattering! We will see:rofl:
Thought id be able to get away with my old coat but the tummy says NO :rofl:!!

So excited booked my 4d scan today!!!:happydance: For the 1st November cant wait. And they are doing a promo in nov will give me extra free piccies!!:cloud9:

Look at you and your christmas shopping!! Now thats organised, I have no idea what i am going to get anyone! My sister and I do some stupid thing where we get as many presents as we can for £10 for each other. so thats easy il just wait for free samples of things. I have no idea what to buy OH and parents.

I have made it clear tho that just because im having a baby does NOT mean everyone buys presents for baby instead of me I AM STILL A CHRISTMAS PRESENT PERSON baby is an addition lol!!

i love christmas! this year will be the first (and last) christmas with just me and sam, i was at my parents last year and baby will be here next year! wow!

Am i really the only one thats nearly done?:blush: Im normally the last to sort out xmas but im gunna be the size of a house this year so dont fancy fighting the crowds in town!
What a lovely day its bin today me and rob took Kaitlin to see the ducks at the boating lake today and went out for lunch in my favourite cafe.:happydance: Robs just gone out now to get some fish and chips as ive bin wanting them all afternoon!

Cant believe im 24weeks tomorrow!!! :happydance:Its picking up speed now not long til im in 3rd tri! Really having trouble sleeping at the minute getting bout 2 hrs a night like a insomniac!!:hissy: Making me groucy as too poor hubby!
Still havent got my car back phoned them and they havent even resprayed the bonnet yet!!:hissy: I live in a really rural area and buses are a pain in the arse and they cost the earth too!
On a brighter note we might be moving house at last ones come up near Robs work a 3bedroom house rather than our very cosy 2bed bungalow going to view it this week so quite excited as its meant to be a lovely area with a really good school for the kiddies!!:happydance:

booo about the car and having to get a bus! But yay about moving, i want to move at at moment before baby gets here anyway but not sure if we will be able to!!

I went to see my mum and little sis too had a good natter with them! I love to gossip my mums neighbours ears were probably burning for a good 2 hrs!:rofl:
Got my car back 2 and it looks better than when i bought it the bonnet is completely scratch free now and luckily i didnt even have to pay for it my landlord did!!:muaha:
Gonna have a day in tomorrow i think and maybe a lie in til dinner again!:happydance:

I'm glad Kaitlin's better now. Charlie had a chest infection all the last 2 weeks and he looked so poorly, it's horrible.

I feel for you Hon, coz I keep waking up at 3am with horrific heartburn/Acid reflux and it just creeps up on you during the day too. :sick:

Well ive been the docs and saw a nurse he didnt give me gaviscon but some bright yellow tablets! Im not gunna take them though as it actually says on the leaflet that they should only be taken in pregnancy if essential!!:dohh: And they are for ulcers by the reads of things!! So hubby said to go back and say im concerned bout taking them and see if they will give my gaviscon instead!! Pain really but im not risking anything and he really wasnt on the ball at all he told me to get on the bed thing to check my chest and asked me where im at in my cycle???:dohh: Now duh im like 6months pregnant!!! He said oh rite ok!!!! I mean wtf!!!!!:hissy:

Well i ended up going my mums and testing my pram out when i find neither can work the damn thing theres a problem with it so took it back to the shop and ended up with the quinny buzz package for £350 in total!! :happydance:Im chuffed hubbys a little shocked but he said aslong as im happy!! :happydance:Hes gone off now for burgers and chips for our tea and some alcohol for himself as he said i have had enuff spent on me he deserves something!! LOL

Sorry you feel as if you need a different name for LO hon! It's a shame coz it's so lovely. I think that if you like tho maybe you should keep it. We were the same with Charlie but there was just no way any other name would suit him now. We nearly called him Jimmy but it just wouldn't have been him, y'know. Maybe you could alter it slightly, like call her Rosa or Rosey? It's what I do to differentiate Charlie is call him Charlie-Bob. :D

Katie ive bin playing with the pram in the garage i like it even more now ive tryed it properly:happydance: kaitlin seems to think its hers though so its going to my mums this weekend til jan!! I went through all my baby stuff and i have everything exept all my bottles!!:happydance:And i want to get another snowsuit for when ones in the wash as i had two with kaitlin.
I need a bouncy chair and ive seen a fisher price pink papasan in mothercare that im gonna get my mum and sis are gunna put some money to it for me for xmas as it nearly £70. Looks like its worth the money though looks really comfy, and plays tunes etc.
My sisters friend gave me 2 bags of clothes for kaitlin loads of gorgeous stuff thats like new from monsoon, next, Mothercare, Marks and H&M. Really couldnt believe how much there is i wont have to buy kaitlin any new clothes now til next winter!!:happydance:
I can then keep it for Lily so saves me a fortune as some of the outfits are £20 each!!
Im also playing matchmaker at the minute trying to set my younger sis up with one of my OHs friends!! Hes so sweet he really likes her but not sure whether she feels the same will have to work on her!! LOL

Today im taking kaitlin to see the ashtma nurse as we think she might have it! She really chesty and wheezy at night and its desturbing her sleep. Gunna take her halloweening too so made a ghost outfit for her i just need some face paint. Gunna pop to the shops in a minute to get some bits for tea and some sweeties for the kiddies if we get any round! Last year we had a few so im expecting some. And the weathers dry today! Im going to do alittle bit of shopping tomorrow too for Lily i need some more sheets and blankets the durr brain i am forgot to add them to my list!!!:dohh:

Well firstly i took kaitlin to the doctors and they have given her two inhalers one with a steroid for in the morning and night and a blue one for whenever she needs it!! Poor poppet has obviously got it off her dad. They told me they cant diagnose it at this age as so many children grow out of it but its very likely thats what it is:cry:
On a brighter note its scan day!!!!:happydance: Im so excited so is Rob and we are taking kaitlin this time so she can see her little sister:cloud9:
Just wish 2.30pm would hurry up!!!

Been for my scan and it was better than i expected!:happydance:
I got loads of pictures and a cd rom with 29 pics on plus 2 A4 framed ones for free! The bloke that owns it even gave me a 10%discount:happydance:
She looks just like Kaitlin did its quite scary. She also weighs 2lbs now and her estimated birth weight is 6 1/2lbs which im absolutely shocked about as kaitlin was bigger than that i expected her to say 8lb! And shes also head down and ready!!

Awwwwwww I've misted up! What amazing photos and what a beautiful little girl you have in there :hugs: I really want one now (a 4D scan).

Sorry to hear about Kaitlin. I had asthma when I was a teenager and grew out of it. You might find this - http://www.asthma.org.uk/news_media/news/apples_during.html interesting for this pregnancy, I've been eating more apples since reading it a couple of weeks ago, it says that eating fish can help too but I'm vegetarian and the thought makes me feel a bit ill...!

Im viewing that house tonite the letting agent finally got hold of the landlord so im hoping its nice! And i have noticed im now in the 3rd to last box on my ticker!!!:)

Aw I'm so sorry for Kaitlin hon. :( She may grow out of it though. Charlie had a nebuliser when he had Bronchiolitis but it hasn't led to anything else luckily, fingers crossed it will be the same for her. :hugs:

Well had a lovely relaxed weekend cooking a lovely pork roast for tea and took kaitlin too dairyland today a massive playarea! Think rob had more fun than her!! Lol.Went to a NCT sale yesterday at a local school got some really lovely clothes for baby and a thomas tank set for kaitlin as she is now a huge fan!! Looks like In the night Gardens out the window now! Got my health visitor coming around tomorrow never met her before as my old ones now moved area so we will see what shes like!!

Ooooh sounds like you had a lovely weekend! I'm sure I'll be useless when it comes to taking Pip to nursery,when I first got my cat I used to cancel appointments because I felt guilty leaving her in the house on her own, so God knows what I'll be like with a child!

I know angel mouse they are rubbish! Well bin for my appointment and alls well bp, urine etc except my tummys measuring 32wks and i have only gained 4lbs in weight!! Im worried now as babys 2lbs herself!! Got my next appointment on the 2nd december now so will see how things are progressing then!

Well there was no mention of another scan just to check me again next visit! Hope it sorts itself out! Well im a very indecisive person:blush: And again we have decided Lily just isnt the RIGHT name(iykwim)Lol! Kaitlin felt RIGHT but Lily doesnt at all and i keep hearing it everywhere so its really put me off!!:hissy:
But we have picked a name again which we are definately keeping and its a name that keeps cropping up time and time again on my shortlists and we even wrote names down and put them in a hat and kaitlin picked it out first! She also sounds so cute saying it:cloud9:

Well i viewed two houses tonight first one was really old decor and the landlord wants it kept like that so thats a no and the second one was gorgeous a really lovely cottage with loads of space felt quite eiry though and kaitlin turned around and covered her ears and said 'dont like the men' and pointed to the corner of the lounge that was a definate NO!!:hissy: i asked her if she liked the house and she said NO straight away so thats that!! Got 2 more in the morning which are new builds and not over 100yrs old so hope these are better!!:dohh:

Spooky!!! Hope tomorrows houses are loads better. Kaitlin sounds really useful to have while house hunting! x

First house was what i thought would be our fave it was lovely and modern but not big enough especially with all the toys kaitlins got:dohh:But much better news on the 2nd house it was fab such a blank canvas to add my touch too and it was really roomy!!:happydance: So we are gunna go for it im so excited hope it goes smoothly this time!!:happydance:
Not up to anything this afternoon just gunna take it easy and have a rest had such a busy week!

Babys definately got bigger as i was laying in bed this morning i could feel her headbutting me really low down god it hurt!!:sad2:Gotta a feeling thats the start of an uncomfy 3rd tri!!:( I really cant wait to meet her hopefully in 9weeks!!! Really my pregnancy has flown so far so cant see it taking that long now what with xmas coming up:cloud9:
Not up to much this weekend probably potter around town tomorrow and chill out on sunday.

Kaitlins been really well behaved this week not sure what happened just seems shes changed overnight! Potty training herself too not even had to really ask her she just goes herself:cloud9:

Yeh im very proud of her!!:cloud9: Funny u say that katie as we gunna buy the im the big sis one for kaitlin from :baby: when shes here! Met my health visitor today shes very nice actually i was really shocked gunna see if she can arrange someone to come round and see me too and help me learn how to breastfeed as im abit nervous about it as i bottlefed kaitlin!:dohh: Also encouraged me to have a home birth too which im also worried about and need to make up my mind pretty soon.:dohh: She did say i need to sort my bag out now incase anything happens think she might be right so gunna make a start to it on the weekend:blush:

Ooooh so exciting! It's all starting to happen now isn't it - I packed most of my bag last week and am finally feeling like I'm kind of ready for Pip! If you want any help with your bag let me know :hugs:

Cant believe im 29 Weeks!!!!:happydance:Wierd to think i could only have 8 left!! :happydance:Think i need to get to the shops and buy the rest of what she needs still havent bought nappys, enough bottles, milk,cotton wool etc and she needs bedding!!:dohh: Im starting to panic a little bit as we cant afford to buy everything at once i need to spread it out abit!

Well i had a nice lie in til 9.30am this morning but still feel as though i could sleep for the rest of the pregnancy.:rofl:Meeting my friend at 1pm for a coffee and catch up havent seen her for 3yrs! Shes planning a baby and her wedding and wants some advice. Still trying to sort out my birthplan whether to stay at home or go hospital but everytime i try and talk to OH something else pops up that needs doing!!:hissy: Gunna try again tonight once madams asleep!

Did you sort out your birth plan? Sounds really exciting to be thinking about a home birth - you wouldn't need to worry about Kaitlin going anywhere or anything. Don't do it unless you feel completely comfortable with it though will you? x

As for getting everything you need for the baby, I've sacrificed some of Christmas presents and am having some of the bits I need for Pip for Christmas. I don't need anything much for myself and enjoy getting baby things more anyway. Also Mothercare do a gift list that you can put together and email to people, once Pip's born and people start asking what we want for him I'm sending them a copy of that so that we get presents that will be useful rather than whole plattons of newborn vests that he'll hardly wear.

Well im still really liking the idea of a home birth but my hubby doesnt he said its abit dangerous and he would be nervous!:dohh: So not sure what to do theres another birth centre type place we could go to instead which does waterbirths so im thinking that we might go and visit there and see what he thinks of that!
On the house front yet again we have been let down the landlord of this one had to choose between us and a retired couple and he picked the latter!!:hissy: Im getting very stressed now as we were told it was ours by the letting agent but then they changed thier minds again so im back to house hunting again got 2 to view tomorrow so fingers firmly crossed!:growlmad:
Oh and ive made a start to my hospital bag bought a pack of nappys and put them in it!!:rofl:
Had a lovely day yesterday with my friend from school forgot how much of a laugh she was! Meeting my mum and sister tomorrow too for lunch so looking forward to that as she hasnt even seen my 4d piccies yet!:)

I must admit I've always been scared about the idea of a home birth (not that I have an option I've got to have a hospital one) but hte birthing centre with the water births sounds lovely - I'm very jealous. Have a good day x
