Shes due in 2 weeks !!

My mum had a phone call from a friend from work, she was really worried had just found out that her 19 yr old daughter who still lives at home is pregnant AND she is due in 2 weeks !!! she found out from her daugthers friend as she was getting worried her mum didnt know ! the thing is we saw this girl about a week or two ago and she is not showing at all !! just thought id share the story. i cant imagine what it must be like keeping a secret like that for 9 months while still living at home must be a huge weight off her now her parents know. she was still going to her doctors appointments and ultrascans and everything !!!

My god, in 2 weeks! i had a hard job keeping my pregnancy shhh for an hour let alone 9 months! how did her parents react? has she got anything for the baby? My mums daughter didnt tell anyone and they only found out cos of the way she was standing and then they only had a week to get use to the baby because she had her daughter early. I guess the longer you leave it the less you show my mum didnt tell no one about me because my step nan's son had died. and my mum didnt show till she told people!!!

we're not sure if she had been buying anything for the baby, we dont think so because her mum said that there is nothing in her room or in the house, but she may have been keeping it elsewhere.

:eek: 2 Weeks, phew! That's close! My mum would hit the roof if she found out so late.. :lol: She needed time come round, ha ha.

what was she planning on doing in 2 weeks time just come home with the baby??

Wow i hope she gets the support she needs now its in the open.. smart girl for still going to her appointments though. must have been a very scary time for her.

...really? is that quite common then, do you think? as that may have been why i was so late showing... i found out i was expecting at 21 weeks, there were no pregnancy symptoms other than feeling sickly, but that was throughout the day so thought nothing of it. Found out during a routine doctor's appointment. but when i started showing, by gosh was it obvious!! lol.

I guess so my mum fell pregnant in the sept (roughly) and didnt tell no one till the Dec (due 2 uncle passing away in June but he didnt get buried til the Nov due 2 dying in a police cell) so she was a fair few months gone, also my friend found out when she was 6 weeks and she didn't tell no one till she was 22 weeks after her sexing scan! and she didnt even had a bump even tho she is like a bean pole!!
Yeah i found that the more people that know the more i showed!

OMG my mum would have shot me!! Depends how tall she is also, cos i've not got a big bump, nobody has noticed yet and a friend of mine was still not being noticed when she was pretty much due. :shrug:

my mum would have killed me if i never told her i was pregnant with my 1st, apart from the fact at 5 months you couldnt miss me :rofl:

Ditto! Some people don't show until they're 25 + weeks and THAT amazes me, it's sooo crazy that this girl could make it to 38 weeks without showing!

well i have to say i didnt find out i was pregnant with my son till i was 32 weeks :shock:

and i wasnt showing at all even though everyone after said how did you not know (including my hubby) but i said how didnt you know when you all saw me every day too!!! but to my amazement exactly 2 weeks after i found out (34wks) i suddenly woke up with this huuuuuge bump :rofl: and everyone was like oh i didnt know u were up the duff and i was like no i didnt either :dohh:

so it was a great shock to us all but i did feel robbed of a pregnancy as i had no symptoms whatsoever but oh how i regret saying that im now 32 weeks pregnant and have had every bloody symptom going but i blame that on me having a girl this time round and if i could do it all again i would rather find out later than sooner :rofl: :rofl:
