Venison?

Carl appears home with venison steaks ...... what on earth am i supposed to do with them?

whats the best way to cook it? Any ideas anyone? :hissy:

defo in some kind of red wine sauce, then into an oven. slower and longer cooked the better. Im from the highlands so i know my venison :) Very nice medium cooked but OBV you have to eat it well done at the moment :)
