Fetilitea with Vitex

I bought fertilitea today. It contains Vitex or Chasteberry as their main ingrediant. It also has green tea as well. Has anyone used Vitex to try to regularte their cycle?

I did use agnus castus & raspberry extracts though ;) known to help with MCs ... baby stuck :shock:

wobbles, i was going to ask you about this today as you recommended agnus castus to me. i called a few health stores and no-one had heard of it (i'm living in canada at the mo) so i thought i'd buy online, do you recommend the drops or the tablets.

i thought maybe drops are better as it can be absorbed immediately instead of having to wait for a tablet to break down.

also, are you supposed to stop taking after you o incase you are pg?
