Living in Merthyr now and loving it. 5 mins from the mountains 20 mins from 2 cities and the views are lovely. I think more people should come to Merthyr. :D

Really?? Wow! I have quite a lot of family who live in Slough actually!

My Husband was born in Barry, and my Mum moved here nearly 4 years ago. I met him whilst visiting my Mum, and the rest is history. We had a long-distance relationship for about 4 months, and then I moved here last November. We've since bought a house, bought a puppy, got engaged, got married and are now TTC - it's been a bloody busy year!! :wacko:

lol this is mad! me and Jase had a long distance relationship for a couple of months, then he ditched his job and moved up here to be with me, since then we have brought and sold a house,had Coby and are now waiting the arrival of our 2nd child, got married, all within nearly 3 years lol

What part of Barry are you in? Im in the west end part

Used to live in Hendy and used to go to Llanelli alot, my old man is still there.

Had a short little stint of living in Basingstoke to, to the lady whos husband lived there 3 years ago lol.
